I quadrulpled this recipe for a party with 15 women and only had a little bit left many guests drank wine instead. I used rum instead of tequila. I followed the recipe for the first batch but we found it a bit sweet, so replaced the Sprite with San Pelegrino in the second batch -- liked it much better. The syrup is really minty which is nice.

There is very little alcohol, so people felt they could drink as much as they wanted. This is the best recipe for Mojitos and a must have beverage for hot summer days! A tremendous hit with everyone!
