Chains is a military veteran who believes that he is invincible. Chains always got into trouble when growing up and bounced between foster homes frequently until he found his place in the military. Given his skills and role as the powerhouse of the crew his ego is pretty justified. Even when not doing heists he likes to challenge himself and risk his life, confident in his abilities to stay alive. Deploys health kits. The behind the scenes plan maker who is in charge of finding the crew jobs.

No, dont worry, you're not wasting time to anyone. If you want to change class as when you level up and you want the points will go to support for an example, you need to press and hold Tab and look at bottom left, you will see all 4 3 without DLC classes.
While you hold Tab you will need to press from number 1 to 4 to select the class that when you will level up, the point will go there. Oh and in this game you dont choose class before you start the game, you just can choose which class you can upgrade earlier.
